Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Mega Fortuna Teknoloji ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi governing Slot Kingdom, slotkingdom.megafortuna.co, and related Services. By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any rules displayed for a feature. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

No purchase is necessary to enter a promotional reward feature. A purchase or premium feature does not improve the chance of receiving a promotional outcome. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement, located where the Services are permitted, and not subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions. You may maintain one account unless we expressly allow otherwise.

• Provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated.
• Protect your credentials and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
• Do not sell, share, lend, transfer, or evade a restriction by replacing an account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The service

Slot Kingdom provides free-to-play mobile-game entertainment on iPhone and iPad, including gameplay, rotating events, missions, optional purchases, promotional features, virtual items, Mega Bucks, account tools, and support. Features can vary by app version, account, device, country, and time.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue content or features for operational, commercial, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that a particular game, event, reward, or function will always remain available.

4. Virtual items and Mega Bucks

Coins and other ordinary in-game items are licensed digital content for use only inside the Services. They are not money, deposits, property, or stored value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged unless a feature expressly permits it.

Mega Bucks are promotional points earned through eligible activity. They cannot be purchased directly, have no cash value before an authorized redemption, and may not be staked, wagered, traded, or transferred. Eligibility, thresholds, rates, expiry, availability, and redemption methods are governed by the current Promotional Reward Rules and in-app terms.

5. Promotions and randomized features

A game may offer draws, spins, scratch-style activities, wheels, contests, or other promotional events. Each may have separate dates, entry limits, eligibility terms, odds, and rewards displayed in the app. No purchase is required, and purchases do not improve odds.

Apple Inc. and Apple App Store do not sponsor, administer, approve, endorse, or fulfill our games, promotions, reward features, or redemptions.

6. Optional purchases and subscriptions

Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store, not directly by us, and are subject to its payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund rules. Prices and taxes are shown before confirmation. Unless local law provides otherwise, digital content is non-refundable after delivery.

Purchases provide only the content or convenience described at checkout. They do not create ownership rights, guarantee continued availability, or improve promotional odds.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

Use the Services lawfully, personally, and in good faith. You must not:

• Create duplicate, false, transferred, borrowed, or automated accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, macros, emulators, device farms, hacking tools, modified clients, rooted or jailbroken devices to bypass controls, or other unauthorized software.
• Manipulate identifiers, attribution, location, IP address, gameplay events, entries, outcomes, Mega Bucks, purchases, or redemptions.
• Use a VPN, proxy, spoofing method, disposable email, or shared-device arrangement to misrepresent identity, country, device, or eligibility.
• Exploit errors, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt security, introduce malware, or interfere with another player.
• Use the Services for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or commercial activity.

8. Community and user content

If social or profile features are available, you retain rights in content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, promote, and protect the Services.

You must have permission to submit content and comply with our Community Guidelines. We may remove content and restrict social features or accounts that violate these rules.

9. Third-party services

The Services may display or link to app stores, advertisements, websites, identity services, payment providers, or other third-party products. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms, fees, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, purchases, or conduct except where law requires otherwise.

10. License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Slot Kingdom on a supported device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, data, and features are owned by or licensed to Mega Fortuna. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where applicable law expressly allows.

11. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time. We may investigate conduct and limit, suspend, or terminate access, social features, promotions, Mega Bucks, or redemption requests where we reasonably identify a policy violation, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, or technical threat.

On closure, licenses end and progress, virtual items, Mega Bucks, eligibility, and unclaimed benefits may be lost, subject to applicable law and valid pending obligations. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, disputes, and enforcement survive where their nature requires.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, particular content, a promotional result, recognition of activity, or a successful redemption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost data, profits, revenue, or opportunities. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid directly for the Services during the preceding twelve months and EUR 50. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You agree, to the extent allowed by law, to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally. Unless mandatory law requires another forum, unresolved disputes will be finally settled in Bursa under the ISTAC arbitration rules by one arbitrator, in English.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign this agreement in a corporate transaction; you may not transfer it without consent. Contact [email protected] with questions.
