1. These rules apply when you interact
These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Use. They apply whenever you use a display name, profile, chat, direct message, leaderboard, report, or other community feature. We may update them to respond to new safety needs.
2. Respect other players
Communicate with patience and good faith. Disagreement is allowed; intimidation, humiliation, harassment, threats, targeted abuse, and repeated unwanted contact are not. Do not attack people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or another protected characteristic.
3. Keep content safe
Do not post, request, promote, or link to:
- Sexual, exploitative, or endangering content, especially anything involving a minor.
- Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, terrorism, illegal drugs, dangerous instructions, or unlawful downloads.
- Scams, phishing, spam, deceptive offers, unauthorized advertising, gambling promotion, or attempts to manipulate another player.
- Malware, credential theft, doxxing, or content that facilitates wrongdoing.
4. Protect privacy
Do not publish personal or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else, including legal names, home addresses, private email addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, passwords, government identifiers, or precise location. Never pressure another player to move a conversation to a private service or disclose account information.
5. Share only what you may use
Post content you created or have permission to share. Do not impersonate a person or business, misuse trademarks, distribute copyrighted material without authorization, or falsely present another person’s work as your own.
6. Protect fair play
Do not coordinate cheating, trade accounts, manipulate rankings or promotional features, recruit for automation services, or teach others how to bypass security. Follow the fair-use rules in our Terms even in private community spaces.
7. Reporting and review
Use the in-app report control where available or email [email protected] with the account name, relevant messages, approximate time, and a clear description. Do not retaliate against a reporter or knowingly submit false reports. If you believe an action was taken in error, request a review through the same address.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may warn a user, remove content, limit communication tools, reset a display name, suspend features, restrict rewards, or close an account. Serious threats, exploitation of minors, fraud, or illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
