1. Scope and acceptance
These Rules govern Mega Bucks and promotional reward features made available by Mega Fortuna Teknoloji ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (the “Sponsor”) in Slot Kingdom. They work together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and event details shown in the app. By entering, you agree to all of them.
Slot Kingdom is entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling, betting, or wagering.

2. Free participation
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY to enter an eligible promotion or use a qualifying reward feature. Some free entry opportunities may require normal gameplay or choosing to view an advertisement. A purchase, subscription, or premium feature does not improve odds, create preferential treatment, or guarantee a reward. Void where prohibited.
3. Eligibility and supported territories
A participant must be at least 18, hold one valid account, live in a supported country, satisfy the specific event terms, and comply with applicable law. Unless an in-app event states a narrower list, supported territories are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Japan. Participation is unavailable where prohibited or restricted.
Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of the Sponsor or a provider directly involved in operating a promotion may be excluded where required for fairness or by the event terms.
4. Features covered
Promotional formats may include scheduled number draws, randomly assigned draws, spins, scratch-style activities, prize wheels, contests, giveaways, or similar events. The app states the entry period, entry method, entry limit, available reward or reward pool, and any event-specific terms. Those details become part of these Rules.
Scheduled draw odds depend on the number of valid entries. Instant-feature outcomes are generated randomly according to the applicable probability table. Technical rounding may cause displayed percentages to vary slightly without changing the underlying selection process.

Unless a feature displays different event-specific odds before entry, the following distribution applies to an eligible instant spin:

8. Mega Bucks and redemption
Mega Bucks are promotional points obtained through eligible activity. They cannot be bought directly, are not money, deposits, property, or stored value, and have no cash value before an authorized redemption. They cannot be sold, transferred, staked, wagered, or used for betting.
When a redemption option is available, the app shows the minimum balance, conversion rate, permitted reward, fulfillment provider, expiry, and any regional limitation before a request is submitted. Future Mega Bucks may be subject to a revised rate; we will not retroactively recalculate points already earned before the revision takes effect.
Claims must be submitted through the authorized flow using the email registered to the account. Availability differs by country and platform. These features are entertainment, not employment, wages, an investment, or a promise of income.
9. Selection, verification, and fulfillment
Random outcomes are produced by an automated process from eligible entries or the configured probability distribution. Before fulfillment, we may verify age, identity, residence, account ownership, participation, device integrity, and compliance with these Rules. A user who does not complete a required check may lose eligibility.
Processing times and delivery methods vary by provider, region, and review needs. We may replace an unavailable reward with one of reasonably equivalent value where permitted by law and stated in the relevant event.
10. Disqualification and enforcement
We may limit, suspend, disqualify, reverse, or cancel entries, Mega Bucks, rewards, or accounts connected to duplicate accounts, bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators, device farms, unauthorized software, VPN or proxy misuse, spoofed identity or location, manipulated events, false information, abuse of an error, collusion, harassment, or other fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
Our decisions may use automated risk signals followed by manual review. You may contact support to request a review. We reserve the right to recover a reward issued as a result of error, manipulation, or ineligibility where law allows.
11. Taxes and expenses
Participants are responsible for determining and paying taxes, charges, data costs, and other expenses associated with entry or receipt of a reward. We may request tax documentation where required. For example, a U.S. resident receiving reportable rewards may need to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before fulfillment.
12. Platform independence
Apple Inc. and Apple App Store do not sponsor, administer, approve, endorse, or fulfill our games, promotions, reward features, or redemptions.
Questions about Slot Kingdom promotions must be directed to us, not Apple Inc.. The names and marks of third-party platforms and fulfillment providers belong to their respective owners.
13. Changes, cancellation, and law
We may modify, pause, extend, or cancel a promotion when fraud, technical failure, legal change, security risk, or another event outside reasonable control affects fair operation. Where practical, material changes will be announced in the app and will not unfairly alter completed valid entries.
